Kale chips are kinda hot right now. Everybody's talkin' about them. Once you try them, it's easy to see why. It's very simple:
- Preheat your oven to 300.
- Use baby kale or strip your big kale off the stalks and wash, dry, then chop or tear into pieces.
- Toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and whatever seasonings you like.
- Layer the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet or two.
- Bake until crispy but not burnt, about 20 minutes.
